Regarding shipping: We ship all our online store items in dry ice or a cold pack through our local UPS store. Your shipping cost will not be calculated for you during the check out process. Shipping costs have increased so we have no way to determine how much the shipping costs will be as these are UPS charges. Please keep in mind that cold packing is more expensive than regular shipping charges. Expect shipping charges to be upwards of $20.00. Also, please provide physical addresses, not P.O. boxes as we use UPS for deliveries. Perishable goods will not be shipped during the hot summer months as we have no control of the products during the shipping process.

White French Dressing - 6 oz.

This dressing is unique to Hermann's European Café. Creamy, and a little sweet and tangy. This product contains no milk or eggs. Refrigerate after opening.

Cream of Morel Soup - 8 oz.

This soup is the only one in existence in the United States. Chef Hermann took 3 months to develop this recipe and this is the ONLY place that it is available. Its unique morel flavor is not too pungent. For best results use half and half or whole milk equal portions to the soup base. Add one teaspoon of dry sherry and enjoy! Not available to ship during hot summer months as we have no control of the soup during the shipping process.

Weiner Schnitzel - 6 oz.

From the cafes of Vienna comes this 6 ounce pounded thin veal scalloppine dredged in toasted bread crumbs. Take 2 ounces of vegetable oil and 2 ounces of clarified butter and saute on a medium high heat until golden brown, approximately 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
